Terms of Service

By creating an account or using RankForge (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use RankForge. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

By submitting a server, you confirm that:

• You are the owner or authorized representative of that server
• The server does not contain illegal content or violate the rights of others
• The information you provide is accurate

We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion, including servers that are offensive, misleading, or inactive.

Votes must represent genuine player opinions. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Automated or scripted voting (bots)
• Using VPNs, proxies, or multiple accounts to bypass the 12-hour cooldown
• Paying, incentivizing, or coercing others to vote
• Vote exchange arrangements with other server owners

Violations may result in vote removal, server delisting, and account termination.

Featured slots and subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Featured slots are applied to the specified server for the selected duration. No refund is issued if a featured server is removed for policy violations.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
• Interfere with the service or other users' access
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Impersonate another person or entity

RankForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of rankings, or continued availability of any feature.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankForge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
