Privacy Policy

When you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive your public profile: display name, avatar URL, and email address. We store this to create and maintain your RankForge account.

When you vote, we store a salted hash of your IP address (HMAC-SHA256) for fraud prevention. We never store your raw IP address.

• To authenticate you and maintain your session
• To associate votes and server listings with your account
• To detect and prevent vote manipulation and abuse
• To send transactional emails related to your account or servers
• To process payments for featured slots and subscriptions

We use the following services:

• Google OAuth / Discord OAuth for authentication
• Stripe for payment processing (we never store card numbers)

Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account. Vote records are retained for 90 days for audit purposes, then anonymized. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us on Discord: paulofranklins#6320.

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of RankForge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
